Planned recovery steps

1. Use the instructions in your sealed recovery packet.
2. Open the independently hosted backup gateway and complete its approved emergency authentication.
3. Retrieve only what you need. Close the session and remove downloaded copies from the borrowed phone.

Production authentication, storage integration, and key recovery require security review before activation.
